What can I do with my free trial version?
  • You have access to machine translation
  • You can replace the text on your images yourself.
  • You can download your images in full resolution.
What can’t I do with the free version?

You can’t send images to be translated by our human translation service. You must buy some credits to do that.

How much is Google Translate?

You use a $1 credit each time you add a new version of text to your image with Google translate

How much is human translation?

It costs $1 for the image plus $0.13 per word of text you want translated. You will be shown how many words there are and how much it will cost you when you send your image for professional translation.

How much is the service cost if I translate the text myself?

You use a $1 credit each time you create a new version of your image, whether you’re using Google translate or your doing it yourself.

I want to create multiple versions of my image. How much will that cost?

You use a $1 credit each time you create a new version of your image. To save money you can overwrite the text on your images and download them after each edit. In that case, you only pay $1 but will have multiple versions of your image. But if you want to save multiple versions of the same image on our system then it costs you $1 for each version.

How long do my credits last?

Indefinitely.

I’ve bought too many credits, can I get a refund?

Sure. The reason we use the credit system is for ease of use so you don’t need to put your card details in for every image. We’re not trying to rip you off and keep your money. You can get a refund of your balance anytime you want. Just drop us an email on help@redaka.co

I’m not happy with the results, can I get a refund?

Sure. We’re here to provide value to you. If you’re not getting the value you expect then we’ll refund you. Just note that for refunds for work on human translations, please let us know straight away if you’re not happy. We’ll happily refund requests made within 24 hours of you receiving your translation. Any longer than that and we’ll consider your case but we’ll probably ask you why you didn’t alert us straight away. 

You can’t send an empty plate back to the kitchen claiming you didn’t like the food and it’s the same with us. But we want you to be happy so we’ll accommodate all reasonable requests.

I deal with hundreds of images a month, can you cut me a deal?

Sure, We’d love to. Drop us an email on help@redaka.co and write a couple of sentences telling us about your situation. We can arrange a quick call to work something out.
