Redaka Limited Terms of Service

Welcome to Redaka. By accessing or using our image translation and monitoring platform (“Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By using Redaka, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.
  2. Description of Service
    Redaka provides tools for image translation, localization, and monitoring, including integrations with third-party services such as Google Translate and AI-powered text recognition APIs.
  3. User Content and Ownership
    1. Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights to any images, content, and data (“User Content”) you upload to Redaka.
    2. License to Redaka: You grant Redaka Limited, a company registered in the UK with company number 14666091, a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and revocable license to process, store, and modify your User Content solely to provide the Service.
  4. Third-Party Services
    Our Service may integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., Google Translate) to deliver features. Redaka does not claim ownership of any content processed through these third-party services. Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with third-party terms.
  5. Intellectual Property
    1. Redaka’s IP: Redaka Limited retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, algorithms, and technology that power the Service. This does not grant you rights to use our IP beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
    2. No Transfer of Ownership: Except for the limited license granted in Section 3.2, nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.
  6. Data Security and Privacy
    Redaka Limited takes reasonable measures to protect your data. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.
  7. Restrictions
    You may not:
    • Use the Service for illegal activities.
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify Redaka’s software.
    • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  8. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your limited license to use the Service will end.
  9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
    Redaka is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  10. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
  11. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
