FAQs
How does the text removal work?
We use Google’s optical character recognition (OCR) tool to recognise the text in an image. It’s exactly the same technology that Google uses in their own tools like Google Lens so you can be sure that it’s robust and accurate.
What types of images do you support?
We currently support png, jpg & jpeg images. Let us know if you’d like us to support other formats too.
How will my images be returned?
Images are returned as .jpeg files.
They are returned with a suffix relating to the translation added to their name. E.G “TestImage01.jpg” becomes “TestImage01_en_google.jpeg” when it has been translated into English using Google.

Can you provide me with a psd version with the text as a layer?
No. I’m afraid not. Images are saved as one layer. Let us know if this is a problem or a feature that you would like to see.
Do you offer a “done for you” service?
Yes – we can edit your images for you at a cost of $5 per image plus $0.13 per word for human translation. Email us to submit your request.
